Pumpkin Pie Smoothy
There are lots of times that our kids can keep food down. This is one of a number of smoothies that I think work well.
• 2oz heavy whipping cream
• 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (not probiotic)
• 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
• 2 Tbsp maple syrup
• 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
• 1/2 cup ice
• 1 tablespoon of turmeric
Place in a blender and mix until smooth
